Engineering Advisory Services (EAS):  Venture Tech supports its clients on an as-needed basis with the following China-based engineering: Concept Design, Electrical Engineering Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability/ Interaction Evaluation & Optimization.

Concept Engineering (CE) with integrated Design For Manufacture “DFM”:

Develop the concept or ensure that the concept is valid with the right materials and production processes to optimize for cost, quality + reliability and lead times.

Typical steps include:

>  develop product specifications and design brief

>  document product usage scenarios (user and environmental) with client input

>  select materials for cost and performance

>  confirm the product concepts while keeping final cost, engineering constraints and manufacturing methods in mind.

>  Communicate through high end renderings and test through prototypes.

Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Ensuring that the concept is valid and right materials and production processes are in place to ensure price, quality and leadtime targets are achieved.

Manufacturing process optimization and troubleshooting

Simulation and Test for reliability and warrantty

Specification development, injection molding + diecasting, low to high volume production

Production trial runs with FAI, DOE and statistical troubleshooting.
